Refund policy

Withdrawal Instructions

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will issue the refund using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction.

Returns

You bear the cost of returning the goods. You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal.

Conditions for returns:

The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused and without signs of use. The eyewear must be in its original condition — including the hard case, microfiber pouch and cleaning cloth.

Extended Returns for Defects

If your product has a fault or defect, you are entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving the goods. Contact us at support@smsh-padel.com with a short description of the defect — we'll take care of it.
